Instaling a exchange 2010 server as second server

Hi,

I'm looking for a good manual on how to setup a second exchange server 2010 in a domain where there is already an exchange 2003. For now the exchange 2003 server must stay the main exchange server.

The exchange 2010 server is only for testing.

Can someone also tell me what i have to do when we decide to remove the exchange 2003 and start using the 2010 ?
