Instabillity on LAN after u/g to 1GBit

Hi there,

We have recently upgraded one of the blades in our core switch (Cisco Catalyst 4006)to 1000MBit. The backbone is running at 60GBit Fibre. Since the upgrade, users who are plugged into our 3com 3300 24port switches are reporting instability in the network. The switches have 1000BASE-SX fibre modules in the back. Are there any settings on the switch that I need to be aware of to help alleviate this?
