INSO Spooler problem hangs 5.5 Client.

Help appreaciated as allways...

We have a small office with 6 PC's all are still W98 and use GW5.5 - So far it's been very stable and reliable.. however, 3 of the PC's have developed printing problems when trying to print off emails.
Printer dialogue box appears (slowly), then the Inso Inside out viewer tries to load the dll's etc and the client then freezes at this point.
Tried some simple stuff like print driver etc.
Just worried that this will spread to the other PC's.

Any ideas?

For what it's worth, I ran into this extract below from a TID @ Novell sometime back looking into a viewer problem we were having. It talks about the functions of the INSO 5.1 Viewer Files. And explained what to do if you were having viewer problems.

"If you are experiencing problems with the viewers, these files can be renamed. They are found in the WPC20 directory. Once renamed, the next time you access the viewers, it will re-create all three files."
