I am trying to get a server to build with are companies image but every time I try to map a network drive it gives me an insignificant resources error. Also when I try to remote into the machine I get the same error. I checked the page file and it is set to 2 GB min and 4 GB max and there is 32 GB of RAM in the server. I am running it with 4 NICs (2 Broadcom 2 Intel) teamed toghter. Any thoughts?

Windows 2003 with SP2. No other special software just a file/print server with WDS running. And its insufficent not insignificant. Sorry about that my bad.

Regardless of the fact that you have 32GB of RAM your pagefile settings are too low. Have you tried first setting to the "system recommended" setting to see if that helps.
