Insight error message deduction

Every now and again we get this insight alert from 2 of our clusters:

"Disk Resource: disk Q: on node fapnodea of cluster fapcluster1 status indeterminate. Disk Resource: disk F: on node fapnodea of cluster fapcluster1 status indeterminate."

Anyone have any idea what it means?
