Inside calls, When user hangs up call the ext calls them back

User reports that when they are on an internal call and they hang up the ext calls their phone back. Anyone heard of this?

I found the problem. The user didn't disconnect the call and the recall timer was calling them back. I told them to use the drop button when switching calls.
