Hi

Please let me know the procedure for insertion of one column contains multiple values in a table?

For Example Table T1 Contains 3 columns namely Col1, Col2, Col3 and Col3 may contain multiple values. In this case how to insert the col 3 values in table T1

Col 1 Col2 Col3
AC10 01 14,15

Regards
Ram

Hi Ram,
You would need to insert two rows to the table:
AC10 01 14
AC10 01 15

Your table index (if any) would need to be constructed to allow this.

Relational Databases(DB2 is one) are two dimensional .... The interesection of a row and column can have only one element ..
