Hi,

Every month I need to update a pdf brochure with the latest information. 90% of the documnent remains as is, but I need to to insert new earnings information, new client addresses, amend forecasts, etc.

I think this can be achieved using field codes, but I'm not sure on how to get started. All the updates come from an Excel file - I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to get started with this.

Thx

You can paste links from Excel to Word in several formats, just choose Edit->Paste Special, click the Paste Link option and select a format. Once this is done, you will see a new item on the Edit menu, Link..., which you can use to update the links.
