Is it possible to insert a string into an IFRAME at the cursor position using Firefox? .selectionStart property seems to work for textareas, but not an IFRAMEs. Does anyone know the solution? Please help.

Inserting text into editable IFRAME at the cursor position

The only way I can think of to make an entire iframe editable is to fill the entire iframe with a textarea. In that case, you can use your .selectionStart statement in the textarea in the iframe.
