Inserting rows in excel2000

How do I insert more than one row at a time into my spreadsheet? Is there some way to tell it to insert 10 lines?

Select 10 rows first. Then Insert-Rows.

Or insert one row and hit your F4 key 9 times.
F4 repeats the last command.
I use this because I always forget to select X number of rows first... Anne Troy
