inserting "senders email address WROTE"

stupid question but can outlook 2007 when replying to emails include the text

email senders address wrote date/time
" original message"

If you reply, by default, the send, time & date, recipient, and subject are all include.

Other than that, the options under Tools>Options>Mail are all you get.

That's a feature of Thurderbird and some versions of Outlook Express. There may be other mail clients with the feature but those are the two that I know of.
