Is it possible to use an OLE object in a formula? We are trying to write a formula that basically says that if the answer is "Y", then signature bitmap ole object would appear on the signature line of the check, if the answer is "N", then the statement "Non Negotiable" would appear on the signature line.

The easiest way would be to split the section that contains the signiture line into 2 sections using the insert section below function.

i.e Page Footer A and Page Footer B

Then you could put the OLE to be displayed for Y in section a and the OLE to be displayed for N in section b and then conditionally supress the sections.

Cheers
