I want to place page breaks (both vertical and horizontal) using VBA in a worksheet that I have, according to groups of data in the sheet. I think I know how to do this, but it seems to me that the automatic page breaks that Excel inserts (or at least some of them) remain on the sheet. How do I make sure that the only page breaks are those that I put in?

You may test the Type property of the HPageBreak and VPageBreak objects.

Hope This Helps, PH.

PHV, thanks for the quick answer. But even if I did test the Type property of PageBreak objects (I'm not exactly sure how I would do this), I would still have to figure out a way of finding and deleting the automatic Pagebreaks. Isn't there a global command which could make these breaks disappear?

Please do not ask questions that you could find the answer for yourself in VBA Help.

If, however, your code is not working as expected, please post your code and related questions.

Don't take a [red]FIFTH[/red] on the [red]THIRD[/red]
Or you might not come [red]FORTH[/red] on the [red]FIFTH[/red]
