Is there a way to insert music into a Power Point slide show that will allow playing unbroken music throughout the entire show?

Yes. Oh, I guess you want instructions. Choose Insert, then Movies and Sounds, then click either Sound From Gallery or Sound From File or Play CD Audio Track. Insert the sound you want. In the message box that will appear Click YES. Select the sound Icon, you may want to move it to a discrete location on your slide, and choose Slide Show then Custom Animation. Click the Multimedia Settings. Select the option Play Using Animation Order, then select Continue Slide Show. Then under Stop Playing. click After and dial in the number of subsequent slides through which you'd like the sound to play. If you want the sound to play to the end, put the number 999 in.

May I suggest you get a PowerPoint book to learn the basics or take a course.
