Hi,

Does anyone know of a way of inserting a row automatically after each total.

Thanks

Perry

Hi perrydaniel,

I think the answer is that you can't, but I'm not clear what you mean by automatically - automatically when?

Worksheets generally work better without blank lines. Why do you want one? If it is purely for a visual aid you would be better off changing the row height (and perhaps alignment).

Enjoy,
Tony

Tony,

Yes just for visual aid, but the spreadsheet is rather large, so I dont want to have to do the lines individually.

How would this work?

So how is

inserting a line automatically or

changing a row height automatically

any more time consuming?

If you were to use the AutoFilter to select the rows containing Total, you could format them in one swell foop!

Macro record it and you're on your way to automatic. Post back with your code if you need help.
