Hello. I'm trying to insert excel worksheet into crystal report. When I insert, it does not show the full worksheet. I would like to know if there is a way to view the whole worksheet from crystal. When I double-click, I can modify and view the full worksheet. Thanks for your help.

What do you mean by "full worksheet"? Do you just see one tab of the worksheet?

It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.

I'm using CR 9. I would like to show the whole worksheet meaning from top to bottom. It gets cut off somewhere in the middle when viewing. I would like to know if I can stretch the worksheet to maximize. Thanks.

If this is just for viewing, you can probably select a printer that is very wide like HP Designjet 3500 (you don't have to have the printer). Then you should be able to stretch the OLE object to allow the full worksheet to be viewed. I'm not that familiar with OLE objects though. Just guessing that that would work.

I can stretch the excel worksheet in crystal reports when in excel mode, but it seems like it doesn't stretch bigger than one page. It returns to one page size if bigger. Any suggestions?

Yes, do as I suggested, and use a large printer driver.

I tried using a large printer driver but with no success. What I'm trying to do is to show all 3 pages in the excel worksheet from a crystal viewer. It seems like there is a limit as to how large an OLE object can be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
