Inserting Data Source Column Name from Seq File

I have some Seq File Data Sources, all of them have many columns with the same format. Using the PIVOT stage, I manage to make all the columns into rows, but I need to insert the column name for each data from the Source file into the output as another column. How can I do this? Is there any function in DataStage to do this?
Any help will be very appreciated.
