Morning

I'm trying to insert data into an Oracle database table from an access database table using VBA.
I can do it between 2 access databases or 2 Oracle databases, but not between the 2 systems

PLEASE HELP

Many Thanks

Jon

You can do this but you must have the correct drivers and a dsn (which supposes that you do have the correct drivers to connect Access to Oracle). Usually, you can get a systems administrator to set up the DSN, then you can write a function ( the one I did for a pass thru query. The difference is that you can pass two arrays. One array for the fields to update and the other for the values.

Hope this helps,
Rewdee
