Hi

Not sure I am in the right area?

I will be moving my web site to a server running IIS and this will necessitate changing all the file names from .htm to .ASP. Not too much of a problem.

I intend to put an autoforward tag on each existing page as in:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=http://www.purpleski.com/Main.asp">

in Main.htm

and

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=http://www.purpleski.com/prices/index.asp">

For visitors to
and so on.

I can easily insert the

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=http://www.purpleski.com/">

part with a search and replace program such as the one I have Actual Search and Replace but is there a way of adding autmatically the folder and first part of the file name and then .asp as well?

Sounds difficult to me?!

Thanks.

From what you appear to be doing, I don't think you are in the right forum either. This appears to be an ASP website you are creating rather than a .NET one. Try asking in the ASP forum (forum333).
