Hi all, I use multiple email forms which have basic layout such as this:

Name:
Date:
Time of call:
Location

and so on. They are basically just text. I have to use arrow keys to get around and the end key to jump to end of each line.
What I wanted to try to do was insert Vba or auto fill so when I open the .oft it will put in today’s date for me. (Trying to save steps and get better understanding as to how these work.)
I know how to do it in Excel, but cannot seem to do it here. I tried to do a drop down box with calendar field but had no luck saving it and seeing it when reopened.
Any help would be great, By the way is there easy way to make it so I can just have the name date location embedded in email so that when I hit return it will jump to end of next line? I've been struggling with this for a bit. Probably simple answer but I seem to have missed it. Thanks a lot everyone.
