Inserting a Report into a User's Mannual

Hi all!
(0FFICE 97)I am writting a User's Mannual and I need to include several reports created in Access into the Mannual writen in Word. Is there a way to save the reports into a text file to be used later on? As text or may be as an image? Help is apprecited. Thanks.

Choose the report you want "Tools", "Office links", "Publish it with MS Word"
It will open in Word you can save it as you wish. The default is *.rtf
