Inserting a plotting raster images om R14

Can somebody please walk me through the proccess of inserting a plotting a raster image using R14.

I have been inserting the raster image via the "insert raster image" pull down menu, but when I plot the sheet all that is shown of the raster image is the boundary of the raster image.
