Inserting a new Record in any location

Using Access 97 - VBA
Does anyone have any code that will move all the records forward one record (from a given insertion point)to allow the insertion of new data in the data base.

Why do you need to do this?

Primary and Foriegn Keys keep the data related and indexed so what are you doing that needs a specific insertion point?
