Hi
We've got an MXe (MCD5 SP2 PR2) with 3 DASS circuits on NSUs. We've recently upgraded some old 5220s to 5320s for some ACD users. I've noticed the CLI that's presented on the phone on incoming calls is OK in the top line of the phone. It displays correctly.
On the prime line however it displays the same CLI but with a / after the leading 0. so it would appear 0 / 1291430000
I'm sure this is a DASS thing. On a CCS trace the same CLI has an X in the incoming number so it would appear 0x1291430000
We've also got some SIP circuits. We don't see this issue on SIP imcoming calls.
Has anybody found a way around this?
thanks
