Hi All.

Can one of you tell me how to create a button in Excel that will insert todays date into a cell. Many thanks. D.

You already have it: <Ctrl>;<Enter>

(Press and hold the Ctrl key, press and release the semi-colon key, release the Ctrl key and press the Enter key.)

<Ctrl><Shift>:<Enter> will put in the time.
