Insert record to MS Access DB using Delphi

Is there any sample code to describe how to insert data into a MS Access database using Delphi BDE. I have configure ODBC Administrator and BDE Administrator, when try to insert data, I am getting the following error:

How to overcome this error. I am new using MS Access db as I have experience in Paradox.

Any help/suggesstion would be much appreciated.
