INSERT PROBLEMS

I'm running a time recording system on our co's intranet.
PROBLEM: When only one certain user updates his time, it gets inserted three times for some reason. Any ideas?

I mostly use phpMyAdmin to maintain the DB. Something I've noticed when viewing space usage is a line printed in red saying: Overhead 44 Bytes. Is this a problem? What is it exactly?

Please post your code (the bit that runs the INSERTs) so that we have a better idea of what your problem is.

I found that the problem is when users use their back button to navigate, the form submits again. So, i gotta fix the problem with the php code. dunno how but i'm trying...
