Hi,

I have a .ppr report A in crosstab format which spreads over 2 pages. I need to insert another .ppr report B which is in graph format into the first report A. But what happens is...the report B cannot be inserted at the end of the crosstab. It overlaps the existing crosstab. the graph has 2 layers meaning this report also is of 2 pages.

I am inserting using
Insert -> Object -> Create from file -> choose the file -> Select the 'link' option.

Any idea how to insert the graph report at the end?
thanks in advance

Use the boundary lines option on the view menu, this makes visible the frames each object on the the page resides in, resize the 'Report Body Frame' so it doesn't cover the whole page, there will now be a blank section on the right of your crosstab. Insert the object in this space, and it will be recognised as a separate report.

Alternatively, do the same with the boundary lines, but insert -> sub report -> chart frame.

Hope this helps,

Adam.
