Insert Picture API

Hi, I've asked similar questions previously with little success. What I'd like is the windows brower with thumbnail previews available. I already know how to make either an open file or save file dialog with API code, but it seems the "insert picture" dialog would serve my purposes best. Any know the code for this?

The insert picture command dialog box is half a file browser and half a picture preview box, so that would get basically what I want. Although I'd rather just have the "view-->thumbnails" available on the open file dialog box...

nevermind.. seems to be working with the open file dialog now for some reason.
