Insert PDF as Placed Image

Acrobat 6.0 allows you to insert clipboard data as a "Placed Image" comment through the Advanced Commenting | Attach toolbar/menu.

I'd like to place, not clipboard data, but another PDF file, as a placed image comment.

Any ideas on how this can be done?
