Insert Object in VBA ?

In a table if you right click on a field which is an OLE Object you get the option to ‘Insert Object’
I am inserting an Excel Worksheet
I am creating from file
I am not bothered about linking
In access I have a Serial No and that Serial No links to a Serial Number worksheet in Exel

How can I 'Insert Object' in VBA ?

It is possible to store EXCEL files inside ACCESS tables, but you need a special wizard "Excel-Access Powerup" or so, have a look at
