insert large text in footer and disallow page header from repeating

Hi all,

Is there a way to insert a large section of text in the report footer and disallow the page header from repeating itself? I’m doing a report that has two sub reports in the page header and I calculate in the footer by relating the two reports.

What I want to do is enter a significan amount of text that explains the report fields involved and ensure that the report only comes out in 2 pages – first shows the cost fields involved and the second page contains text that explains the fields involved.

Might have to do group header footers?

If you don't want the page header repeating at all, move the fields to the report header.

If you mean you don't want them when it's just the report footer test, right-click, choose Section Expert and conditionaly suppress using OnLastRecord

Thanks Madawc....I moved it to the report header and it worked fine.
