insert into table without logging

Is there any way to use INSERT INTO <table name> while overriding MSSQL default action - logging changes first in the transaction log file before committing changes.

I'm trying to speed the ETL process.

Any hint will be helpful.

one method is to BCP out you records to a csv file after they have been staged then bcp them into the destination table.
