Insert Fields Option

I am using Crystal 8.0 Professional and get extremely frustrated with the fact that after using CR for awhile the Insert Fields option no longer works and I have to reinstall Crystal again.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you get the option to continuously work correctly?
