Insert Field Notes in CR2008 1

I'm using CR2008 with an Oracle 11g db as my datasource and I have a report that displays reveneue adjustment codes (ex. NON). Currently if you put the cursor on that field, it displays the field name. Is there a way to display the meaning of the revenue adjustment code when you put the cursor on the field?? I seem to recall being able to insert field notes using CR, but I may have been using a newer version. Can this be done in CR2008 and if so, how??

Right Click on the field and select the "Common" tab.

Enter the field notes in the "Tool Tip Text" area.
