insert data

Hi,

I used mysql on a recent project, and, once one enter in the linux system I remember to introduce this comand to insert values on my database:

mysql -h server_name -p database_name < file_name.mysql

Does anybody knows is that is also possible to do with Microsoft Access 2000?
