Insert Caller's Name on SX200 ICP with PRI

I try to insert a company name when I dialed a number on a PRI on a SX200icp Rls 5.0.

Presently I have unknown number, but if I go in form 22, and add *04 in the insert column, the name that is send is the name in the form 9.

I don't want to change the name in form 9 because they use the name for internal call. Is there a way to send the name of the trunk or trunk group?

If I delete the name in form 9, it said Unknown Number, even if I have a name for my trunk and trunk group number.

I would like to have something similar that the 3300 do with the department name.

the only way I would know then is remove the *04 and have your service provider for the Pri insert the name.

Yup, your observations are the way the SX-200 works.

No other option except Telco.
