Insert 'Box' around Details section

In my DETAILS section of a CR11 report, I have a number of fields, basically 2 rows of data fields, then a Notes area that can consist of zero to about 10 lines. I want to either graphically 'box' this DETAILS section in (or insert a top line and a bottom line) as the report is a business form. I'm having difficulty having the bottom line be at the bottom of the Notes area because I set the Notes field to "Can Grow". I just want to print a matching bottom line (to the top line) that I can print consistently at the bottom of the Details section, below my Notes. Any thoughts?

Insert the line in a separate section detail_b section that is resized to minimize height.

Another option is to put your line below everything else in the section, then if you right click the line and select Format Line there is an option you can check that says Move To Bottom of Section When Printing. If you do this it should always print at the very bottom of your section.
