Insert Animated GIF into form (access2000)

I'm having trouble inserting an animated GIF into my Access2000 form. I assume it has to be inserted as an ActiveX control but I don't seem to have any controls that relate to this.

I have now downloaded the Zipfile, extracted and registered the AnimatedGif.ocx. However, when I insert the Activex control, my animated GIF is still not animated!!
