insert and upload

hi guys:
1. I have successfully insert the records to db
2. I have successfully upload the file attach to the records to the server.

well, my problem is the insert and upload file is in 2 separate files. I want to combine the files so that the insert and upload will be via 1 click which is visible to user as submit. I'm not using any component or third party component,I know it would be much easier if i used cpshost.dll but due to some reason i cannot use it.so i develop a code base on Phillip collignon code. in his article :

is there any way i can combine those 2?

U want to combine 2 file witch u download,or...?
client (file1, file2) = server(file_sum)
