Personally i dont like websites that have background music. Usually Im listening to my own music and not only do i find the music from the site disturbing but also tacky and offensive. As soon as everything else on the page has loaded, I stop the sound file from loading. just my pov.

I agree with you 100%. I was perhaps unclear in my objective. I wanted to have a link on the page, that when clicked, would open a media player, and play the file.

have figured this out now tho.
