Insert a non summarized field in a cross tab

Can this be done?
I do the sum in sql and then pass it in a sql view so I don't want any further calculations in the cross-tab.

If you are reading the view as a dataset, it should be fine. Have you tried it?

If you're doing the summary within the report, then you'd need to do a Mock-Crosstab.

Insert a maximum on the field.
