Insert a memo into a memo 1

I apologise in advance if I'm asking something really dumb here...
Well I've just been migrated from Outlook/Exchange server to Lotus Notes r5, and there are a few functionalities I found useful in Outlook that I can't find back in Notes.
My first question here then would be "how can I insert a memo into a new memo", I mean the same way I'm attaching a file ?

I'm not aware of this being available....the only option I know of is to highlight the email - select Actions - Copy Into - New Memo. This however, is just the same as forwarding the email on. Lamaar75@hotmail.com
