Insert a cell reference in header/footer

I know you can put in the header/footer to have it print the name of the sheet or file, but I want it to print the data that is in a specific cell in the header. What is the code to do that?

Sheet reference is &[Tab]
File reference is &[File]
Cell reference is....

You can reserve a couple of rows/columns that will be printed at the top/side of the page (sheet specific print settings, can be outside print area). After margins adjustments they can look like a part of the header.
