INS Files

For Outlook Express you can create an INS file to setup the email account. This doesnt seem to work with Outlook 2000/XP, any ideas?

What mode is Outlook in? I might be wrong here (this is just from the very back of my brain cells) You can only use ins files if you are in Internet Mail Only Mode.

Please correct me if Im wrong someone.
