Hi,

We bulk send various standard e-mails to students based on their status / course status etc. This system draws information from a lot of tables and follows runs through a lot of automatic selections. To do this quickly and accurately, presonalising each email we use VB code in Access which makes Outlook send the emails.

Sometimes the standard e-mails need to be amended. To add attachments, change the salutation or subject line, we can use an inputbox. To change the body of the message, an inputbox is too small. To provide a form to allow the user to alter the body needs the code to be stopped and restarted. A msgbox is modal, so the user can't change the form.

Any suggestions?

Inputbox is modal too.

Still struggling with it though

Hi

Why not use a form, you can then have a text box as big or as small as you wish, and you can open it modal, to stop the code (which surely you need, to allow thesuer to type in a response?)
