inputbox keeps coming back on screen

Hi all,

I am trying to add a screen saver/blanker to my app, and it works if the right password is entered, however if cancel button or wrong password is entered, the inputbox keeps coming back. I think its because of the mousemove event firing that this is happening. how can i get it to close the inputbox and go back to the saver/blanker?

Dragnut,

You should incorporate some kind of timer function, For example when you hit cancel start a timer that counts from 1 to 5 and on the mouseover event do a function like if var = 5 then show inputbox if its <>5 then dont do anything. So you u will have a 5 second delay after you hit cancel. Hope this helps. Gordon R. Durgha
