I have a form with 2 subforms. One subform autopopulates with Employee data upon input of the Employee ID. Another (single field) shows which, of 12 entries into the employee file, is the current one. Upon opening the Main Form thru the switchboard, 2 Criteria boxes pop up sequentially. The first asks for the month for which the record is being updated (1=January) the second asks for the Employee ID.
This populates the Record Number subform. What I need is to somehow link the data entered in the second Criteria Box (Employee ID) to update the field on the form (Employee ID) which will cause the Employee Verification box to autopopulate. The Employee verification box autopops now, but you have to input the Employee ID into the Criteria Box for the Record Number to load, and then again in the Employee ID field on the form for the Verification box to populate. Any suggestions?
