I have a table and i want the user to be able to query the table by selecting a range of times or days to view.
e.g. the table is built as follows:
Field 1 (auto date/time)
field 2 (text entry)

I want the user to pick a range of date to pull up as a report. can you help?
thanks.

this is a little advanced for me. Is there an easier way? I db example may help me much.
thank you.

If you don't mind the output being on a form rather than a report, you can create a form based on the table and use the Filter by Form option to restrict the data that is shown.
This is the most flexible way I can think of without resorting to VBA code.
