You might want to check out . He has what he calls his intl toolkit which allows for displaying in multiple languages and even being able to switch languages on the fly.

The first step is to get TTF fonts.
The second step, which is the hardest - to which I haven't mastered yet and am still trying to find a why to, is to make it so it can type right to left for the Arabic.
Maybe someone can tell us a simple way to do that.
